Successful Year for OPTIMAS‘ Young Researchers

2015 was a particular successful year for the young researchers of the State Research Center OPTIMAS - altogether five awards were achieved for scientific work:

Dr. Michael Höning:

Promotionspreis der Alumni-Vereinigung des Fachbereichs Physik for his dissertation "Many-body phases of open Rydberg systems and signatures of topology in quantum gases"

The support of young researchers is an integral part of the OPTIMAS mission. This includes the general support for scientific autonomy as well as the nomination for established awards as appreciation of individual excellency.
